Description

Whoopie cakes! I call them that because I've had this recipe for gourmet whoopie pies forever, but I needed a muffin top pan to make them and I didn't want to buy a pan for just one recipe. So, I made them into cupcakes. The center is filled with the delicious mallow frosting too.
